Women's Group - How to Have a “Crucial Conversation”, Part 2 - September

Last month, we began to look at the skills of having “crucial conversations” taken from the book with the same name. In part 2 we will be looking at

• The stories I tell myself when I am in a difficult conversation
• How to stay in dialogue when I am angry, scared or hurt.
• How to speak persuasively, not abrasively and
• How to listen actively when others blow up or clam up.
• We will work on turning our conversations into action.

Even if you missed out on Part 1 you will find this week’s topic full of useful tools in challenging conversations with family, friends, or colleagues.
