Woman Aware - Women's Group - September

There is no-one who goes through life without challenges, trials, or stress. No-one. How is it that some people seem to cope with their trials so much more smoothly than others? Some of the answer lies in how they can “reframe” their experiences, to find new and more productive ways to view their world, even in the face of the most difficult circumstances.  At our next women’s meeting we are going to practice reframing. This is the vital skill used by Viktor Frankl in getting through being imprisoned in Nazi concentration camps.

Bring a difficult experience that is stressing you and let’s all put our heads together to reframe it.
