When a crisis comes or we face a difficulty, where do our thoughts and emotions go? It is a very normal thing to search to make sense of everything that is happening, even when we don’t have all the information. There are ways we can approach our challenges that enable us to put them into perspective. It does not mean that we avoid difficult emotions, but we can learn pathways to traverse our trials and come out stronger than ever. This is another opportunity to share your story and look at it from many angles.
