Have you ever felt stuck in a role: Do you tend to be the “rescuer” in your relationships, always being asked to “fix” things? Or are you seen as the “perpetrator” in many situations? Do you feel as if you are a “victim” to your circumstances often? We are going to discuss the classic drama triangle and how we can get out of the pattern. Let’s break free from the patterns that plague us.
