Woman Aware - Women's Group - January

Everyone will agree that both 2020 and 2021 held their challenges. Different for each of us but certainly filled with many surprises. One of our principle aims at Discover Identity is to help people to hang on to their identity when we are challenged, when we are pushed into thinking, believing, and doing as others want us to do. Whether this be our family, our friends, or the wider community, we will always be faced throughout our lives with pushes and pulls that will make us question who we are. 

In this women’s meeting to kick off 2022, let’s work out together on how to listen to others and their viewpoints while not letting go of ourselves.

What is our bottom line? When do we know when we are beginning to give ourselves up and if we have, how do we get ourselves back?
