About The Event
In this night's Woman Aware meeting we are going to explore when we should say 'no'. Â Often, we will say 'yes' to something that can be overwhelming or something that simply does not fit in with our priorities because we are worried about our relationship with someone. How will they feel if we say 'no'? Will this affect our ongoing relationship? Â How do we discern when we need to turn down a request.? Then how do we communicate our 'no' in the best way possible so as to not only keep our relationships around us but to gain personal power and respect. How can anyone trust our 'yes' s genuine if they have not seen us exercise our 'no' at other times?Â
