Facilitation training for Women

This is the first evening event where women will be given an opportunity to learn how to facilitate "carpet work' or in more formal terms, will learn the basic techniques of psychodrama or action methods. This particular event will be the only one that is solely for females. All training evenings after this one will be co-ed to enable us as women to get used to working alongside men as partners in this process. Over a period of 4 evening training sessions it is planned for each women to have some experience in directing the personal work of others, under supervision with feedback being provided on each occasion to help us improve our skills.
